Through the digital home control platform, it links nine categories of intelligent devices in 11 functional spaces, including the entrance hall, guest dining room, bedroom, kitchen, etc., and realizes 36 intelligent life scenarios, such as going home, leaving home, working, learning and entertainment, cooking, sleeping, waking up, and so on.

It is highly balanced around economy and practicality to guarantee the fulfillment of diverse improvement needs.

It is the first drone delivery community in China, realizing the last 100 meters of intelligent logistics and distribution, and using a wrap-around, non-disturbing, three-layer staggered design method to ensure that “the same level is not visible, and the upper and lower levels are invisible” between the terraces.
